Submit code on Martijn-s PC as PRs for merging

Currently, Martijn is the only one doing the performance test. He uses ibis4pt and ibis4pta code that only exists within his GitHub account. This code has to be merged to master before further development on the tests.

The following PRs will bring the master branches of ibis4pt and ibis4pta up-to-date with the current practice by Martijn:
