Security for Agents

I want to define and adopt standardized security patterns and best practices for agent development,
so that all agents operate safely, predictably, and within approved trust boundaries.

Acceptance Criteria

• A shared security pattern document is published and approved.
• A reusable agent security template (code + configuration) is available for all teams.
• Security review checklist created for any new agent before production deployment.
