Client channel lastRunning status time

In typical monitoring tools such as BMC which monitors MQ using PCF commands, there is a way to check when was the last time a SVRCONN channel was in a RUNNING state or the last time it had started or the last time it processed messages.

Is there an existing metric that can do this today? Basically It would ideally return a value which is DATE + TIME.

There's no start times in the current version, but I've been adding them for channels and a couple of other relevant places for the next version
