WebSockets returning empty data

I have the Skyprofiler package installed on three IS instances, two are running fine and one does not show any data on the browser. When I run the inspector on the web browser I see the webSocket messages are coming back empty with just the two characters ‘[]’, the working instances show data from the Kafka topic. I listened on the topic directly in Kafka and I can see normal data in the payload from all 3 instances. I have this issue with IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

Update., I deleted the mongo database and the problem went away. Still don't know the root cause.

Still having issues after I run on server with log WM service names and large kaftka messages for complex services. I get a few messages through then I have to reset the database. Not able to trace a full transaction. I see the messages in the kaftka console but the websocket does return them. The messages should be under 1m which is the only limit I have found so far.
