Update UsersGuide in modular HP package with new MBL models

This ticket is to update IBPSA.Fluid.HeatPumps.ModularReversible.UsersGuide to describe the new models being added to the Buildings Library via lbl-srg/modelica-buildings#4170.
The additions to the documentation will use https://simulationresearch.lbl.gov/modelica/buildingspy/development.html#buildingspy.development.merger.IBPSA.remove_library_specific_documentation.
