Proposal: tere

[tere](https://github.com/mgunyho/tere) is the only read-only `cd` combined with `ls` (for interactive use) replacement I could find. On the [Github site of tere](https://github.com/mgunyho/tere) you can find lots of links to similar software.
Note that tools like `broot` , `nnn` etc. don't feature a `--read-only` switch which prevents accidental file-manipulation.
