Update for topcat 2.4.0 #2
Description
In topcat 2.4.0, icat/ids Urls and the transportUrl are no longer passed in the REST API; the facilityName is used instead (and mapped internally by Topcat). Calls to the Topcat REST methods need to be changed accordingly.
