Add new field to SID

Add new field to SID named ”Client”. The field should be associated with a vocabulary to ensure no errors are entered.
If possible the field should be a of the type “list boxes” [(https://www.thevbprogrammer.com/ch09/09-14-Listboxes_files/image002.jpg)]

Currently the field will have the following options:
EU
HELCOM
NASCO
NEAFC
Norway
OSPAR
Faroe/Greenland

Outputs with this field should only be available in the manage section and added to the internal report with all info. Rui will also add a report format including this field and others for the MOUs and AA etc.

The client field is now added to the edit stock page and the new version is deployed to production e.g.

When you select ALL in the client parameter option, you get all the records for the specified year.
