Option to skip raw? Am I missing something?

I have been using this for a good year now, very happy with it and how I have it paired with Immich.

I shoot raw, and import the DNG files into Apple Photos, and then I get around to doing cropping etc. All good, workflow seems to work great. For clarity, I only keep the last 6 months in iCloud, the rest I put in Immich, its just a workflow thing.

I have recently found out about the --size adjusted flag, so now im getting the adjustments on the pictures flowing in, which is perfect. Immich now gets the edits and displays them nicely. However, I am still getting the DNG files mixed in there.

From what I can tell, I cannot disable the download of the DNG. Am I missing something?

I have thought of just running another command to delete them, but then on interval, icloudpd will just download again, seems a waste...

Someone tell me Im missing something?

Check --align-raw parameter. I suspect you can make raw files be presented as alternative size with that param and then they won't be downloaded when you specify --size adjusted.

Suggestion: a) isolate dates where you see raw images dowloaded, b) run icloudpd with date filter into some tmp folder to repro the issue c) run icloudpd with suggested params into another tmp folder to confirm the fix.
