Add a tag system for easier finding of icons #167

It happened to me many times that i couldn't find an icon i was looking for so i gave up on that one, just to find out that it already existed with a name i haven't tried (and i usually try many names before giving up). I was thinking about adding a tag system so that icon makers can add several searchable names to each icon. Maybe a separate folder with .txt files, or something else.
I understand this couldn't be applied to the over 1000 icons already made, but this really isn't necessary for icons with branded logos on them, since people will be already searching for them with the right name. This would help with icons like Fonts/Fonts-2, Movie-1/Movie-2, or groups or related icons like Chip-2/Memory/Graphics
I can contribute with tagging the old icons if this gets accepted.
