Allow reordering decompiled member types

I would like to decompile assemblies such that they conform to StyleCop rules.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change ordering to conform to StyleCop rules or allow arbitrarily reordering member types.

Additional context
I want to do this using ICSharpCode.Decompiler.

dnSpy (or dnSpyEx) currently has this feature.
