No numbers in Duration not valid timespan

Describe the bug
If you don't put any values in a timer event, you want it to happen immediately, it makes an empty timespan value in the JSON

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a timer event, but don't put anything in the time.

Expected behavior
Should write a valid JSON time value.
