MOOSE Installation

My installation process is stuck at this step (Ubuntu)

"make -j 4"
I follow the troubleshooting to solve my problem
"conda activate moose"
The above has been successful
"conda update --all"
this warning appears：

_“WARNING: A newer version of conda exists. <==
  current version: 4.12.0
  latest version: 4.13.0
Please update conda by running
    $ conda update -n base conda
# All requested packages already installed.”

then，I run this code“conda update -n base conda”，still the same problem.
I had no choice, so I run“mamba update --all”,it's no problem.

Next, I do the following：
“cd moose
git checkout master
git clean -xfd
<output snipped>
git fetch upstream
git pull
git submodule update --init”

in running this line of code“git fetch upstream”，a fatal error occurred：

"fatal: 'upstream' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists."

I don't know how to solve this problem.
It must be noted that if i ignore these codes and run the following a hello world example directly, there is no problem
the result we want：
“Hello world from processor my_hostname, rank 0 out of 4 processors
Hello world from processor my_hostname, rank 1 out of 4 processors
Hello world from processor my_hostname, rank 3 out of 4 processors
Hello world from processor my_hostname, rank 2 out of 4 processors”

This line failed:

git fetch upstream

probably because upstream is not defined.

Could you please give us the output of git remote -v? This will tell us which repository you are tracking and under what name

Also you should try the workflow again but with
git fetch origin
