RuntimeError: Multi-download failed when install moose-tools

Hi,

I am trying to install moose on a machine with Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS following the instructions on
https://mooseframework.inl.gov/getting_started/installation/conda.html

However, when I move to mamba install moose-tools moose-libmesh
the error occurs as follows:

Then I searched for this in our forum and find sth similar as in this link: #20437
But things are different when I input conda config --show channels
it occurs like:

(moose) hdj2@hdj2-Precision-T3610:~$ conda config --show channels
channels:
  - https://conda.software.inl.gov/public
  - idaholab
  - conda-forge
  - defaults

I also found this discussion from mamba forum mamba-org/mamba#496
maybe it is something about mamba and curl, but I still did not get the point on how to solve this.
Could you please help have a look at this installation problem?
