Segmentation fault

After running my input script below is the error I get.

mpirun noticed that process rank 0 with PID 28365 on node tc007 exited on signal 11 (Segmentation fault).

Any help?

Can you reproduce the error in serial? It would be easier to debug

I was trying to get the backtrace following the debugging steps. Did I do something wrong:

means your stitiching is completely failing. Fixing this could remove the problem maybe.. It would be worth for you to take a look into it now
