Grain Area

Hello everyone. I am trying to calculate the precipitate area of my domain using the postprocessor below:

The data I get after the simulation does not accurately represent my problem.
After the simulation and analyzing my results. The percentage precipitate area is about 1.6% which is far from the true case. I am expecting precipitate area between 30%-40%.

Attached is a picture of my domain(last timestep) and my plot for the area fraction. The csv file is also attached.
