Creating a Loop Using Meshing Tools

Hi,

I am attempting to create a loop using the meshing tools in Moose.

Here is the file as well as an image of what I've done so far. I was unable to find a way to attach the two ends together to form a loop.

My questions are:

Is there a way to attach these two ends together?
Is there a better way to build the mesh that I'm trying to build?
Is there a 3rd party mesh builder that I should use instead?

you mesh it all the way with overlapping edges/nodes then use this mesh generator to stitch

an alternative is to use this mesh generator
https://mooseframework.inl.gov/source/meshgenerators/GeneratedMeshGenerator.html
draw the loop with the subdomains,
then use this mesh generator to delete the center:
