Example of using MOOSE for: 1) hot dry rock enhanced geothermal systems and, 2) hydraulic fracturing in geothermal reservoirs

My question is related to applying MOOSE for:

1. modeling and simulation of hot dry rock enhanced geothermal systems,
2. modeling and simulation of hydraulic fracturing in geothermal reservoirs

With the understanding that I will consider the support provided in the case of examples or executable scripts or how to integrate the entire THMC system, and I will not hesitate to give appropriate credit or collaboration, as well as the respective acknowledgments if I publish anything associated with said information.

Have you looked at the Falcon application?
https://mooseframework.inl.gov/falcon

It might have more application content than the porous flow module. I think it might have whhat you want for hydraulic fracturing

Ah! I thought we had an example in FALCON, but it was just a native state model of the Utah FORGE reservoir. Examples of EGS systems are difficult, because the meshes are so big, and run times are long. I can likely send you some files directly for an EGS case we previously published on---at least for THM part of the problem. All the ones with chemical feedback are active projects. Also, I only have flow and transport examples, fracture propagation isn't quite ready for public release, but it is an area that has been identified by the development community as the primary area for development

Yes, I am truly interested in learning about hot dry rock EGS.
I just watched the three workshop videos from 2020 and 2023 to see if there
was anything else.
That's why I decided to contact you directly so I could model and/or
simulate these types of systems with MOOSE-FALCON, or MOOSE,
if applicable.

My intention is to learn and generate collaborations,
as this is truly interesting and can be applied to real-world energy
problems.
