Issue or question about MOOSE

When I want to install MOOSE, it says:
UnavailableInvalidChannel: HTTP 403 FORBIDDEN for channel public https://conda.software.inl.gov/public

The channel is not accessible or is invalid.

could be several things. Cloudflare is acting up on something else right now, so it could be that.

It could also be that you have custom firewall rules on your network / machine.
Can you try from a different network and a different machine?
