I tweaked my executioner block a little it keeps cutting back and finding it difficult to converge |

I was running a strain controlled crystal plasticity model which was plane strain. Everything was fine until i changed it to plane stress by using this block below
And then i run into a convergence error. I have tried different combinations of the executioner block but still did not work.
Below is my current executioner block ( the one that yielded this error)
