MOOSE generated documentation missing certain information

Question

I am trying to build the documentation for MOOSE to match the website perfectly, however, there are still some places throughout the HTML that do not reference correctly. Attached is one example. All these differences that I have noticed are in purple. Is there a tag or something I am missing when generating the documentation which results in these being unfilled?

do you have git available in that environment?
Can you please paste the entire python log for building the documentation (from python moosedocs.py ...)

Yes, git is available in the environment. I used tee to record the output.

looks like that doco build failed before you didnt kill the other doco build / suspended it.
You can rebuild with the IP specified or you can clean up the other doco build first to have a clean build

Either way no clue in the log.
on your browser, can you click the "blue link" to see if there s additional info there?
And can you paste the HTML (examined in the browser or from the files) for these lines?

did you run the command with this option?

  --stable, --with-sqa  By default the CIVET and SQA related extensions are disabled because they are slow and require the use of dependent Git submodules. These extensions are intended for use on the stable website only. This flag will
                        enable those extensions and override use of --fast.

this could fix the !civet and !sqa issues, though I think you need to be able to communicate with civet for the first one to work as expected. This might not work for you

You are correct. I get a CIVET error, however, It also fixes the purple on the pages... Do you happen to know what is failing? (Same error at the end about the open server, this is fine)

You likely don't have access to that server because it's an INL server
