Feature request: advanced search and filtering by language and frameworks

It would be nice to be able to filter by the languages, frameworks, or other features of the code.

This could be implemented by allowing people to select the language they're using and adding it as a tag, togetherl with their framework of choice and any other tags they may like to add. At a later level perhaps the serverside could autodetect the language but I guess that would require a new issue.
