• Trustless Drand Bridge

  The IDN consumes randomness from Drand by subscribing to a gossipsub topic. This milestone constructs a trustless bridge to the IDN, where nodes ingest pulses and aggregate them offchain and the aggregated signature is verified on-chain. We do this by introducing a new gossipsub layer allowing nodes to consume from the correct topic. We also use an inherent to enforce that block authors submit a commitment to the latest pulses (asig) with each block. Finally, it refactors the existing pallet-drand to remove offchain-worker references and use the inherent approach instead.ddd
