Implement Auditing

- We need the ability to audit.
- Should be configurable to where you can pick and choose what gets written to audit logs. eg:
    - response times
    - request/response body
    - handler execution times
    - status code of the request
- Output format can be configured (JSON, plain text)
- Should adapt to different logging environments (i.e. cloudwatch)
