Is it possible to append scrollbar tracks to elsewhere in the dom #232

Environment
- Browser: Chrome
- Version of smooth-scrollbar: 8
Current Behavior
I cannot change where scrollbar tracks appended.
Expected Behavior
If we could append scrollbar tracks elsewhere in the dom, we would not have to use a listener for fixed elements in the content. Loss its events when replaced with AppendTo method.
A very beautiful and performant library. I have been using it on my websites for years, thank you.
