Placeholder text inconsistency in Description field in Quotes

Describe the bug
The Description field placeholder text is inconsistent (description Name) compared to other form fields.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Quote
2. Click on Add New Performa Invoice
3. In the Description field, the placeholder is set to description Name

Expected behavior
Instead of description Name as a placeholder value for the description field, which is both inconsistenly indented and somewhat vague, it should be Item Description, which is a more clear and more consistent with the form fields.
