Having trouble in downloading the volumes folder

I tried the download that shown on the website is to use the BitTorrent. However, The BitTorrent doesn't give me any reactions after I upload the file to it. Have anyone meets the problem? Please help me with it.

I don't understand what the issue is. Can you post a screenshot or some logs? Try to use the Transmission client https://transmissionbt.com/
