Images for COVID-19 only

Hi,

I was looking at the 'images' folder in the repository. I don't know which CXR images are for COVID-19. I'm able to identify some based on the file name, but in a research paper (MetaCovid), I saw that there are over 230 images of COVID-19 in this dataset.

Could you please help me by telling me which images are related to COVID-19? Additionally, I discovered that the pictures in the 'images' folder are not of the same dimensions (pixels).
