If the last word of a section in the table of contents is "section", an incorrect hyperlink is created to "Section <pagenum>" where <pagenum> is the page number of that section. This can be seen in RFC1002 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc1002) for section 4.2.1.2.
