add vertical stretching

questions to be resolved:
1. with stretching, G in eq. (18) in the UWLCM paper (Dziekan et al. 2019 GMD) is no longer equal to rhod, so eq. (18) is no longer equal to eqs. (3)-(5) (taking into account the anelastic constraint). Would this affect forcings in some way?
