Support Tiled Wallpapers

I am using the wallpaper

with the "Tile" setting:

Running ChangeMenuBarColor on this produces an image that's roughly equivalent than if I was using "Fill Screen"

The workaround would be to use first use ImageMagick to do the tiling manually, e.g.:

convert -size 1920x1080 tile:"Small Ripples.png" "SmallRipples1920x1080.png"
