--all-displays not working with external wide screen monitor

Hi - I have a MBP M1 (Ventura 13.5) connected to an external 3440x1440 LG monitor.

When running the command "ChangeMenuBarColor SolidColor #000000 --all-displays" to get a black menu bar across displays the first display on the MBP gets the proper black menu bar but for the external display 1/4th of the display/wallpaper is changed to black.

Please help fix and let me know if you need more details
