Should the dynamic interface option be made the new default?

Following its implementation in #9413 and significant work done to the Evil interface as part of #1893, it seems like an enhancement to immersion to enable it by default. What do we think?

See also related discussion: #6690 - dynamic was missing at the time. So if implemented, this could mean storing the preferred interface in the save file.

To do this we literally need to change this line of code:

Yep, it is just a matter of when you feel it is "ready". Switching to dynamic would make the Evil interface display much more often for players, and impact new players' experience in particular.

If you reckon it's in a good place, you should go for it!
