[Chore] Redesign RecordActivity for Better UI/UX

Problem:
RecordActivity was designed in the early stages of development, and its current UI is outdated and not user-friendly. The layout needs to be modernized with a better structure, improved aesthetics, and enhanced usability.

Expected Solution:

• Implement a clean and modern UI for RecordActivity.
• Improve layout structure to ensure better readability and user interaction.
• Use RecyclerView (if not already implemented) for listing records dynamically.
• Apply Material Design components to enhance the visual appeal.

Steps to Implement:

1. Redesign the layout using ConstraintLayout.
2. Ensure proper spacing, margins, and typography for readability.
