Remove Empty fields?

In the content review stage we displayed all empty fields to help reviewers identify which data we were collecting. @iamkat Should we hide them now? Or should we display them as empty or with a default label such as "No data available" or "Not available"?

We will add a help icon on each project page that links to a description of the project data template.

Maybe we should have a missing data section at the bottom and a way for people to contribute to it?
