This project looks like a fun build but I noticed the warning in the readme.

The PCB data that is available is simply wrong for the TX/RX pins. I would like to correct it and test it, but I don't have much spare time at the moment.
It is possible to deal with the current PCB by simply reconnecting the wires.

Hi! I was looking into building one, but found your warning before ordering the parts.
Are there plans to fix the issue soon? Or maybe instructions on how to reconnect the wires as you pointed out above.

It looks like the optocoupler chip doesn't have a 5v connected to it. That might be an issue :)

There's no +5v going to pin 8.

Easy to fix with a jumper wire:
