Add "demo=" for chars and stages in select.def

I'd like you to add "demo=" so that secret characters, sub-bosses, Final Boss, and stages don't appear in Demo Mode.

Example:

If it is 0, the characters will not appear and will not choose stages.

If it is 1, the characters will appear and choose stages.
