[Feature] Slot Wide parameters and local replays for offline modes

This would speed up the process of applying character paramvalues to a slot of characters rather than needing to indiviualy applying said paramvalues to each slot. This would be handy for when one needs to set up a slot for boss characters or bonus characters

The next feature would be fantastic for sharing local replays so one does not have to use recording software to be able to share a replay if they happen to have the same roster. Though it would be also cool if it could just use whatever characters/stage where used in the match if they are included in rather than needing to have the exact same roster for the sake of manuvering around the roster (maybe keep that inclusive to online mode and an option for local mode).
