Feature request: Top layers for screenpacks

- Top layer for cells

For select and hiscore screens. It would work the same as "cell.bg", but it would be rendered on top of small portraits (and below cursors). It would be a visual aid to modify portraits without having to use custom ones, as is already possible with lifebars.
