Now I realize that it may be a bad idea to force people to use PHP's Composer; however, it allows things to be handled much easier and this is a PHP project that is being set up. I don't see it as a bad idea, but maybe anyone else can add some oftheir thoughts to the discussion before anyone moves forward and starts working on this.
