Add note about first startup times on win (and mac) to installation instructions

Through our support channels and during trainings this was a source of confusion to some users, especially on windows (on mac, there is at least a progress bar). Reason for the delayed startup is very likely some antivirus (on win, should maybe confirm once...) and gatekeeper (on mac). Subsequent startups are not a problem.
