What format allows adding images when creating a dictionary from scratch

I know this is not an issue but I know no other place of people who know about dictionary formats. Which one of the ones available to goldendict allows adding images when creating the dictionary? I suppose I'd need another program.

StarDict format supports images.
You can write/create a glossary in StarDict Textual File (.xml) and then convert to StarDict.

DSL format also supports images.

Aah, so stardict allows for images? How is the format, just like in html, or is there a specific calling syntax?
I suppose images go into the same directory from where I convert the .xml file

Images are placed in res folder, and you reference them in HTML entries with <img> for example (or other tags, as long as your dict application supports it).
