Feature request: filter workspaces by folder (particularly remote ones)

Describe the feature
ability to filter workspaces

initialization takes forever in big projects
even worse for remote filesystems like ABAP remote filesystem who is much slower than a real filesystem and exposes the whole ABAP workbench as a single tree

I think it's a relatively common case as our userbases should overlap quite a bit
