boards: nxp: mimxrt1060: Disable pwmleds for Rev B/C boards

Disable the pwmleds nodes in the dts overlay for rev B/C boards. The
FLEXPWM is not routed to LED on these versions.

Fixes zephyrproject-rtos#92285
