dspace/config: add and update ORCID identifiers

Add new IWMI ORCID identifiers.

Sorted first with GNU `sort` instead of `sort i` in vim because GNU
sort handles accents better.

Formatted with tidy:

    $ tidy -xml -utf8 -m -iq -w 0 dspace/config/controlled-vocabularies/cg-creator-identifier.xml
