[Feature]: Add energy consumption sensors (W and kWh)

Hello,
first of all, thank you for the great integration.
I would like to request support for energy-related sensors for Liebherr appliances, if the HomeAPI provides the required data.
Requested entities:
Current power consumption in watts
Daily energy consumption in kWh
Total energy consumption in kWh
Optional: estimated yearly consumption
These sensors would make the integration much more useful for:
Home Assistant Energy Dashboard
Energy monitoring
Power optimization automations
PV surplus control
At the moment, Home Assistant users can monitor temperatures and device states, but not the actual energy usage of the appliance.
If the Liebherr API already exposes this information, it would be great to map these values as standard HA sensor entities with proper device classes and state classes.
Example:
device_class: power / energy
state_class: measurement / total_increasing

@Vati80: It's not in the REST api but they just published a Server-Sent-Event that might have some of this data available. I'm going to do some testing and will update if they've included any additional functionality.
