Enhance dashboard UI and activity tracking logic

Major UI improvements to dashboard.html including new styles, level/badge notifications, and progress bars. Refactor background.js to use a unified activity detection function, expand badge logic, add minimum session duration for stats, and improve update handling. Remove obsolete scripts and packaging docs.
