Allow view only access to a pantry/basket via pantry name + basket

I think that adding a public link that does not disclose private api information (i.e. pantry id) to view a basket content only would be a pretty nice qol feature for implementation towards public access to the pantry!

For example:
Pantry Name: Just a random Pantry
Basket Name: Some basket

Public View only URL:
https://getpantry.cloud/apiv1/pantry/Just_a_random_Pantry/Some_basket

This is a duplicate of #134 but I echo this suggestion - currently sharing a link to one basket allows the receiver to see (and potentially delete) other baskets in the pantry.
