Exception thrown in redirectToCache borked AMQP connection #102
Description
Expected: Exception caused problematic request to fail, other requests not affected
Actual: Exception did not reply to problematic request, subsequent requests got IllegalOperationError: Channel closing
May need to perform fault/error injection in order to trigger this in a testcase.
Could be that this should/needs to be fixed in MsgFlo Participant code.
