[WIN 10] known plugin engines not listed anymore in dropdown menu

I'm running the ImJoy app on Google Chrome under Windows.

Already connected Jupyter servers are not listed anymore in the dropdown menu, and not connected to anymore neither

They seem to be known as "cached kernels" but don't show up in the pull down menu:

This occurs again now (with ImJoy version 0.11.33).
